Failure to provide the requested documents within the given deadline may result in a temporary suspension of withdrawals.
Providing false information or falsified documents during registration or identity verification will result in permanent account closure and may constitute a criminal offense under the Brazilian Penal Code.

The user declares that the funds deposited on the platform WS777 are legitimately yours and do not originate from unlawful activities. WS777 complies with anti-money laundering regulations set by the Financial Activities Control Council (COAF) and the Central Bank of Brazil.

Pix withdrawals on WS777 are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including Saturdays, Sundays, and national holidays. There are no time restrictions on requesting a withdrawal.
The WS777 does not charge any fees on withdrawals. The full amount requested by the user is transferred via Pix directly to the account holder's bank account. Any fees charged by the user's bank upon receiving a Pix transfer are the bank's sole responsibility and do not involve WS777.
The Pix key used for withdrawals must be of the CPF, phone number, email, or random key type — and must belong to the same CPF registered on the WS777 account. CNPJ Pix keys are not accepted for personal withdrawals.
The WS777 offers a 200% welcome bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum bonus of R$ 1,000.00. The bonus is automatically credited to the user's wallet once the first deposit is confirmed — no promo code required.
The bonus balance is subject to a 5x (five times) rollover on the bonus amount received. Example: a bonus of R$ 200.00 requires a total of R$ 1,000.00 in wagers before the bonus balance is converted to real balance and becomes available for withdrawal. The real balance deposited by the user is not subject to any rollover restriction.
The rollover must be completed within 30 days of the bonus activation date. If the deadline passes without the rollover being fully met, the remaining bonus balance is removed from the wallet — but the real balance and any winnings already earned with real funds remain intact.
Bets placed on any product available on the platform WS777 count toward rollover completion: football, volleyball, basketball, MMA, slots, live casino, crash games, and all other categories. No game category is excluded from the rollover calculation.

The WS777 reserves the right to void bets in situations such as: obvious errors in odds (odds significantly off market), events that are cancelled or permanently suspended, and bets placed on markets closed due to a technical error. In all such cases, voided bets are returned to the user's balance with no deductions.
Live betting is available on selected events, with odds updated in real time. The WS777 reserves the right to temporarily suspend live markets during critical moments of a match — such as penalty kicks or goals — to prevent betting on asymmetric information.
